  • another 9-inch springform or basic cake pan (I need at least two for layer cakes!) 
  • one or two 6 inch cake pans 
  • A KITCHEN AID STAND MIXER. (But I can get this later on in life. No biggie.) 
  • A hand mixer would be nice. 
  • pastry cutter 
  • smaller cookie scoops 
  • Silpat! (I have no problems using parchment but I only heard good things about Silpat and want to try it!)
  • bundt pan
